Since starting Oracle (Nasdaq:ORCL) in 1977, Larry Ellison always has found a way to remain a dominant player in the business software space, be it by creating a tremendous sales force or expanding his company through aggressive acquisitions (by the way, I recently did a piece on what his FBI background check would look like).
